Salalah is the capital of Dhofar region and the second largest city in Sultanate of Oman. The city is special with it’s natural mysteries and subtropical climate especially during the khareef season (monsoon season between July and September). Although the climate is sunny and very hot in the Gulf region from July to September, in Salalah is monsoon and appealing. It presents a variety of exhibits covering Salalah’s maritime history, the whole history of Oman and even the recent Oman’s renaissance.
Visiting Al-Baleed Archaeological Park:
Al-Baleed is one of the most popular Salalah’s sites that gives the visitors the chance to dive more deeply into the history of Oman.
